High risk areas include Chiangrai, Chiangmai, Nan, Utaradit, Sukhothai, Tak, Phitsanulok, Phetchaboon, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Nakhon Nayok, Krabi, Trang, and Satun province. All citizens should be aware of the possibility of flash floods over the next 2- 3 days. "Lots of rain going on around here. No flooding seen though. We have news that Phitsanulok as well as site X is experiencing some flooding. But we'll see how things turn out later in the week.
